Virtual Reality is one of the strongest tools for team-building, no matter the size of the group.  But, before tackling the “How?” of using VR for team-building, it’s best to answer the “Why?“: what value can our Virtual Reality experiences bring to your team?

Team-building exercises are a valuable asset in improving efficiency in the workplace – research proves it.  A study by the University of Central Florida shows overall positive trends among teams in goal setting, interpersonal relations, and problem-solving following team-building activities.  However, similar research published by Citrix reveals that almost fifty percent of employees strongly dislike participating in these team-building exercises.  Virtual Reality provides a solution to this problem, by integrating technology and entertainment without sacrificing popular team-building values.  Using Virtual Reality helps promote both a social environment while also improving team chemistry and communication through unique and innovative exercises; four of our most popular team-building focused exercises are reviewed below, each with a specific focus on a key skill for improving workplace productivity.
